Console was tested and working. It's been in storage since the mid-2000s. It probably has a few thousand hours of usage. Probably great for someone who is looking to refurbish a system. There are surface scratches present. The spring for opening the disc tray is also a little worn - it opens without any issue to about 45 degrees, but you'll need to manually lift it to get it to it's full opening of about 60 degrees.
