HPI 450 y 650

Los inyectores se caracterizan por su diseño industrial robusto y su facilidad de mantenimiento. Se dio importancia a la accesibilidad sin problemas a todas las partes. Solo se incorporan componentes de primera calidad.

La inyección es apta para todo tipo de carnes con y sin huesos.
Mediante un separador especial con ajuste de altura se garantiza que no se presione ningún producto ni se extraiga la salmuera inyectada. Así el producto es capaz de aumentar.

En cuanto a los modelos que trabajan con 450 y 650 mm de ancho, el cliente puede elegir entre dos versiones. El HPI 450 y el HPI 650 están equipados con un sistema de vigas para caminar y se pueden usar de múltiples maneras. Especialmente la fácil limpieza del sistema de transporte y la construcción robusta son ventajas que favorecen el sistema con larguero de acero inoxidable.
